Laughing? Thinking that this will never work. It will. Everything has a right moment and social media is just getting to a new phase. It all started with foursquare application, where you can just checkin from places that you have been and see discounts around you. Then facebook had a glimpse to the idea and decided to have a checkin feature like foursquare, the only difference was facebook has more user and yes, it is on an experimental phase but wait for a new level. WESC, one of my favourite Swedish fashion design brand, design these shoes with the almost same idea. I don’t think that they will grow big on this idea however the important point is society is getting ready for this new level of interaction by these small features. Just in two years we will be more and more attached virtually.
