In 2008 and 2009 Microsoft released a set of videos as part of their “Future Vision Montage.” This is the newest video in the series and it looks like they have adapted their vision to include some of the technologies that are being developed now.
There are a few elements from Corning’s “A Day Made Of Glass” video (interconnected devices & multitouch surfaces everywhere) as well as a couple other digital elements that I think will change our lives: AR Glasses/mobile phone, curved 3D computer screens, voice and gesture command interfaces, and a book-style tablet (not unlike their currier project that they killed last year).
