This is the uber creepy anti-Google ad that was played on the jumbo tron in Times Square. The ad was created by the Consumer Watchdog group who is campaigning for a “do not track me list” on Inside Google

They were also denied and later approved to run anti-Google ads through their own AdWords system. One keyword phrase is “Google CEO Eric Schmidt” and the ad says: “CEO Eric Schmidt is collecting your data and tracking your every move.”

Since this campaign started, Google has already updated their privacy policy and posted a privacy center with tools to help you manage all of it’s products.

Google is now under investigation from data protection authorities in Canada, US, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and Australia mostly for their WiFi data collection, but in some cases also for buzz, which Google has already had to pay $8.5 million in a class action lawsuit.
