I haven’t watched Fringe yet (I plan to), but this poster caught my eye because of the QR code. It’s part of a larger campaign by Fox for Lone Star, Glee, and Fringe.
Each of the shows will be promoted in mobile environments with QR codes that will push people to some really well designed mobile sites with great content.
You can check out the mobile sites here (of course they’ll look weird if you’re viewing them on your comp, but they look great on my iPhone): Fringe, Lone Star, Glee.
“The FOX CODES mobile campaign launches with content-rich mobile sites for LONE STAR, FRINGE and GLEE, and leading up to their fall premieres, each FOX series will be represented with a FOX CODE. As the campaign unfolds, FOX CODES will surface in various forms of FOX media from outdoor to print and on-air to online delivering unique content on an ongoing basis and adding to the show experience for viewers and mobile users.
